Gene has a lengthy track record as an executive at technology companies, including COO at White Ops, General Manager at Resilient Systems (acquired by IBM), and VP of Worldwide Sales and Global Alliances of Network Intelligence (acquired by EMC and integrated into RSA). Gene has extensive experience building high-impact teams at early-stage startups in storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity. He has specific expertise in go-to-market strategies, marketing, customer success, and channel development. Gene holds an MBA from Northeastern University, where he guest lectures on topics such as product management, marketing, and sales.

Libby brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and consulting with proven expertise in leading process design to support growth initiatives, financings and M&A. Prior to working with us, Libby served as the VP Internal Audit with GCP Applied Technologies. Before GCP, Libby was a Managing Director with CFGI, a financial consulting firm, where she helped companies transform their finance functions, complete acquisitions and support IPO transactions. Libby began her career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche after receiving her B.S. degree in Management from Boston College, with dual concentrations in finance and accounting. She is also a certified public accountant.

Most recently, Billy led global sales and partnerships at ThreatX (acquired by A10 Networks) while helping drive 2 rounds of funding and a successful acquisition to A10. Prior to ThreatX, Billy ran Enterprise Sales for the West at AtScale and was also sales hire number one at Komand (acquired by Rapid7) where he helped develop and scale go-to-market strategies. Before Komand, Billy was amongst the first several sales hires at Resilient Systems (acquired by IBM), running Rocky Mountain and Midwest.
